3. Any money paid to a Jet Set Models is understood to be strictly for her time and companionship. Anything else that occurs during the arranged booking is between consenting adults and is in no way affiliated with Jet Set Models services. It is understood that Jet Set Models is not the employer of the companions introduced on our web pages. The models are working individuals, Jet Set Models is acting as an agent only and (its owners/the agency) assume(s) no liability for the models.

4. Our models are able to travel national and international, travel fees are depending of the travel arrangements, travel costs are never included in a models fee if a model has to fly over.

5. Payment should be made to the model within the first 10 minutes of your appointment. Gratuities and gifts are gratefully welcomed by all our models, however it cannot be accepted as a form of payment.

6. We accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any claims arising from Clients meeting with models from this site or any other method we may offer.

7. Technical failure of management or other causes may prevent us from providing a service and we will accept no liability if events stop us from doing so.

8. Jet Set Models shall be entitled to make such alterations, enhancements, improvements or developments of or to the specifications of the service as it may deem fit.

9. We do not to divulge with any third party, your personal details given when registering, which are taken in - and remain in - the strictest confidence with ourselves.
